Receipts are private source records that document acquisition evidence and link back to collection records via media_refs or source_ref.

Convention

• Store receipt files in .receipts/
• Use filename format: YYYY-MM-DD-short-title.pdf
• Keep receipt files out of the public library page tree
• Link receipt files from collection record pages via media_refs or source_ref
