Garland Publishing
Garland Publishing, which issued the principal published documentary edition of Fuller's work — the four-volume Artifacts of R. Buckminster Fuller (1985).
Garland published The Artifacts of R. Buckminster Fuller: A Comprehensive Collection of His Designs and Drawings, edited with descriptions by James Ward and released in 1985. The set reproduces Fuller's artifacts as a chronological primary-source catalogue, carrying his output from the Dymaxion experiments of the 1920s through the geodesic revolution to 1983.

Role in Fuller's world
Garland is the publisher that made Fuller's primary record citable. The Artifacts set is the single most important secondary-market source in this corpus for the designs and drawings themselves, and its four-volume division — Dymaxion experiment, Dymaxion deployment, then the geodesic revolution in two parts — is effectively the standard periodisation of Fuller's working life.
