Relationship to Fuller
Relationship: friend. John Denver was a friend and admirer of R. Buckminster Fuller, whom he honored in the song "What One Man Can Do," written for Fuller and dedicated to him. The song's title captures Fuller's own conviction that a single individual, thinking comprehensively, could improve the prospects of all humanity. Denver was also among the friends and admirers who contributed to Synergetic Stew, the recipe collection published by the Buckminster Fuller Institute, further marking his personal connection to Fuller's circle.
